We had 2 meals while in town. One from the standard menu, one curated with options for NYE. Great local restaurant in a unique historic setting.
Great service and a very relaxing atmosphere! Food was delicious and very generous portions. Sweet tea was perfect, sweet but not too sweet.
Excellent service. Seated quickly. The order of pickle chips were cripsy and the portion size huge. We enjoyed the Ribeye steak, seasonal veggies, and mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked to perfection and the seasoning spot on. Don't forget the dessert! Death by Chocolate and Strawberry Cheesecake are the perfect finish.

The restaurant was absolutely beautiful! The service was fantastic and the food was amazing. The sausage gravy had a good flavor and they had a good gravy to biscuit ratio. The croissant for the sandwich was flaky and light. Even the ginger ale was crisp and refreshing
What a wonderful experience! The food, the service and the atmosphere at Rosemary and Thyme are excellent! The dining room was full of happy diners enjoying superb dinners. The new additions to the wine list are delicious and we'll thought out to complement the menu. We look forward to our next dinner at Rosemary and Thyme
Great service and really cool old Hotel restaurant. The staff was knowledgeable, and the chef came out to welcome the table. I had a Ribeye, which was good and cooked to the proper temperature. The side salad was fresh, and the veggies were yummy! We had a table side prepared Bourbon Peach dessert. This is one of the nicest spots in Americus. Elegant and fancy.
Dining for breakfast, is the highlight of our week. My husband & I are treated to outstanding, personalible service, by Floyd. We're moving from the area & he & the hotel, will be greatly missed.
